-Troubleshoot Network Connection-

Q: What if the Bluetooth connection is not working?

A: If your Bluetooth devices won't connect, hold down the “bluetooth” button on the remote control or the “source” button on the speaker, till “Pairing” shows on the DOT LED display. If it is still not working, please contact your dealer for an inspection and maintenance.

Q: Cannot connect to Wi-Fi network.

1. There is no Wi-Fi network available

Connect the speaker via Bluetooth or using a cable or built in CD player.

2. Be sure the system is close to a strong Wi-Fi signal.

To connect to your network, your system must be within the range a wireless router or access point. If your speaker is receiving too little Wi-Fi signal, move the speaker closer to the Wi-Fi router.

3. Determine if a mobile hotspot is in use.

Compatibility with hotspot devices can vary. While some may work, hotspots are not guaranteed or recommended due to the limited or inconsistent functionality with them.

4. See if Your Wi-Fi is working on other devices.

Try to connect to your WiFi network from another device, such as a smartphone, to find out if the problem is your speaker or your router.

Q: Can I connect the speakers to my existing sound system? 

A: Only Play-Fi Audio systems can be connected.

Q: Can I connect my laptop or desktop computer via Wi-Fi to the Duet speaker?

A: Yes, currently we support Windows computers only. Also, you can use an Android / iOS tablet after downloading the DTS Play-Fi App.

Q: Will placement of the Duet speaker affect the sound?

A: Yes. In order to have a 360 ° sound effect, we suggest you keep your speaker 15cm away from the wall.

Q: Can I connect a TV to a Duet speaker?

A: Yes, through the 3.5mm Audio Jack.(If your Duet speaker is Aux in Version.)

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Our business has a warehouse in France, which is able to ship to EU countries.

Q: What is the physical size of a Duet speaker?

A: The physical size of a Duet speaker is W428 x D245 x H238.5mm.

Q: Can I put my Duet speaker on the ground?

A: We don’t recommend doing it this way. Place your speaker at head level when seated to enjoy the best sound effect, have a look at our X-Stage!

Q: What if one of the speakers is not working?

A: First, make sure if there is any problem with the music sources (e.g. Aux in), compare all the music sources, if all the music sources have the same problem please contact your dealer for an inspection and maintenance.

Q: What if I spilled liquid on my Duet speaker?

A: Unplug the power cable and turn it off, wipe up any liquid from the surface as soon as possible. If the liquid accidentally spilled on the internal power supply board, wait until it dries out and test. (we recommend you contact your dealer for an inspection.)

Q: What if the DOT LED display is not working?

A: We provide a 2-year warranty for equipment, please contact your dealer for an inspection and maintenance.

Q: What materials were used to make Duet?

A:  Including ABS、MDF、 Aluminum.

Q: How long is the warranty period?

A: We provide a 2-year warranty for equipment, by European law.

Q: What if the button is not working?

A: We provide a 2-year warranty for equipment, please contact your dealer for an inspection and maintenance.

Q: How to stop noise from my Duet speaker?

A: Unplug the power cable and plug in again to restart the speaker. If it is still not working please contact your dealer for an inspection and maintenance.
